Environmental Fix in '26

Elevating the environment in New Jersey's state elections

As New Jersey approaches a historic gubernatorial election later this year, a bipartisan coalition of advocates are launching Enviro Fix in ’26, a comprehensive and nonpartisan environmental agenda designed to set the priorities for our state’s next governor and to raise the profile of the environment throughout the election.

Enviro Fix in ’26 brings together environmental, social justice, community-based, health, and civil rights groups to lay out key environmental and health issues facing New Jersey today and the opportunities to build a more sustainable and just future for all.

Demand Bold Environmental Leadership from the Next Governor

Everyone knows the climate is changing—and communities across New Jersey are already feeling the impacts. From worsening floods and heatwaves to rising energy costs and toxic air, fixing our environment is no longer a “someday” issue. It's a right-now crisis.

This election, New Jersey voters deserve bold, clear plans to tackle the climate crisis, protect our communities from the impacts of climate change, and invest in a cleaner, healthier, more just future. We need candidates who will lead with courage—not delay or distract while the clock runs out.

Join us and sign the petition demanding that all gubernatorial candidates make the environment a top issue in this election. We want strong climate plans, not vague promises. We want action that matches the urgency of the moment.

Add your name to tell them: We're paying attention—and we want to hear candidates articulate plans for a cleaner, healthier, more equitable NJ
